Returns Policy

At Wyrmfuel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return

1. Contact us at contact@wyrmfuel.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack your items securely with all original packaging and tags
4. Ship the package back to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@wyrmfuel.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
